Job description

If you can use a hairdryer, this job will be a breeze! ;) We're hiring production workers to fuse layers of foam together with a heat gun. The foam covers the inside of high-tech transport cases.

For some foams heat isn't enough, so you'll use glue instead. It's important to work very precisely so that the foam fits perfectly inside the high-tech transport cases. The foam will protect expensive equipment that's transported all over the world inside those cases.

You'll read technical drawings that show you where to glue which sizes of foam. If you can't read technical drawings yet, you should be able to learn this quickly.

Working hours:
07:30 - 17:00

What do you bring?

• You know intermediate English or Dutch (B2 or better)
• You have 6+ months of technical experience (hobby or previous job)
• You can read technical drawings or can quickly learn this skill
• You're a precise worker with a team player mentality
• You're self-managing and have a good sense of humor
• You have a category B driver's license
• Own housing & transport near Eindhoven is a plus

HQ Pack is a producer of high-end flight cases and pallets used for the transportation of expensive machine parts by special truck or plane worldwide. ASML Lithography is an important customer of HQ Pack. They have production facilities world wide.

HQ Pack develops and produces very sophisticated high-end flight cases, sometimes with lifting and hydraulic installations inside, for very specialised customers. These cases are used to store and ship expensive machine parts all over the world.
After usage, the flight cases are returned to HQ Pack for an extensive inspection, repair and/or cleaning before being re-used. Sometimes these flight cases are too damaged or not needed anymore. Those cases are carefully disassembled and recycled to produce new cases.

HQ Pack is proud of the efforts they make to reduce the carbon footprint of the company world wide! Recently they installed solar panels on the entire roof of their building in Eindhoven.
