The company specializes in manufacturing and processing high-quality plastic semi-finished and end products for various branches. These parts are used to assemble high-tech cases to transport expensive machine parts across the globe. As a CNC miller, you'll help supply turning, milling and combination products in small series or single pieces. There is also the possibility of assembling, cleaning and plastic welding of products.

By becoming a part of their team of 22 committed colleagues, you'll help produce, innovate and are happy to contribute ideas and new solutions for complex packing issues. When you deliver reliable and good work constistently, this company offers direct unterm contracts.

As a CNC miller, your day-to-day activities consist of

• Determining the correct work sequence
• Tensioning and manufacturing of plastic products
• External programming of the Haas machine tools
• Performing quality controls with common measuring instruments
• Performing preventive maintenance on the machines, tools and clamping equipment you use

Working hours:
Shift 1: 06.00 - 15.00
Shift 2: 15:00 - 23:00
Shifts change on a weekly rotation and every hour has 18% shift allowance

Ear protection is available and must be used in specific areas.

What do you bring?

• You have good Dutch communication skills (C1 or better)
• You have MBO working and thinking level
• You have experience with a CNC milling machine in plastic or metal processing
• You have experience with external programming of 3- and 5-axis milling machines
• Knowledge of and experience with One CNC is a plus
• You are able to read and interpret a technical drawing correctly and are familiar with shapes place tolerances
• You are practical and know how to tackle things
• You have strong communication skills and a social attitude
• You work in a structured and independent manner
• You're available to work here for a long time
• Private housing near Eindhoven preferred

HQ Pack is a producer of high-end flight cases and pallets used for the transportation of expensive machine parts by special truck or plane worldwide. ASML Lithography is an important customer of HQ Pack. They have production facilities world-wide.

HQ Pack develops and produces very sofisticated high-end flight cases, sometimes with lifting and hydraulic installations inside, for very specialised customers. These cases are used to store and ship expensive machine parts all over the world.
After usage, the flight cases are returned to HQ Pack for an extensive inspection, repair and or cleaning before being re-used.
Sometimes these flight cases are too damaged or not needed anymore. Those cases are carefully disassembled and recycled to produce new cases.

HQ Pack is proud of the efforts they do to reduce the carbon footprint of the company world wide! Recently they installed many solar panels on the complete roof of their building in Eindhoven.
