Job description

Enjoy a clean workspace? Check out this job in a class 6 cleanroom! The air will be completely free from pollen, dust, or any other particles, and you'll work by the highest standards of cleanliness.

 

As a cleanroom worker, you'll perform several tasks in different cleanrooms. These tasks include assembling machine parts, cleaning the products, producing clean packaging, quality control, and packing machine parts. Every new employee receives a thorough training of 4 weeks from an experienced employee.

 

You'll work with high focus, to make sure all the standards of clean working are met. Because you really need to concentrate during your work, you'll have a break every 2 hours. It's important that you are able to read and understand English well because all instruction manuals will be provided in English.

 

The working hours are divided in a two-shift system, with a shift bonus of 15% over every worked hour. You will receive training to keep improving your work. Ideally, you will soon be able to work in any department. If you consistently provide good work, this can turn into a long-term job with the company directly. If you wish to have a long-term direct contract, you'll need your own housing & transport in Eindhoven. While working with us, EU-People, we can offer you company housing & transport.

 

In the cleanroom, it is not allowed to wear make-up, perfume, fake eyelashes, fake nails, or regular deodorant (you're provided with a special one). You'll need to wear a face mask while inside the cleanroom.

• You live near Eindhoven and have your own transport to work
• You know at least intermediate English (level B1 or better)
• You're an accurate worker with a high focus on the job
• You have an affinity with technology and/or precise work
• Experience in a cleanroom is welcome but not necessary
• You're self-managing and enjoy brainstorming with colleagues to solve problems
• You're available to work here for a long time
• You have S3 safety shoes

Remarks

IPS Technologies is a specialist at dismantling, assembly, packing and transport at very high standards of cleanliness. This is important when working with certain industrial products, like machine parts. IPS has customers with big names like ASML, NTS, and Philips. It's an international specialist and the sister company of Meilink. Certain products are expected to be clean at a molecular level, which is not visible with the naked eye. That's why it's very important to work cleanly at all times - certain contaminations can not be seen, only measured by special machines.
